Luxurious 10-12 berth houseboat, consisting of 3 bedrooms on lower deck and 2 rooms on upper deck which can be used as bedrooms or bedroom/lounge combination. Front 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with separate vanity area. 3rd bedroom has an ensuite and at the rear of the living area there is an addition bathroom.
Portside front there is a lounge/TV area (pop-up TV cabinet). The helm, dining, kitchen and rear lounge is along the starboard side of the vessel. The kitchen comes with dishwasher, 2 door stainless steel fridge, bar fridge fitted into the island bench, plus inbuilt coffee machine.
BBQ on rear deck, plus stairs leading up to an outdoor living area and extra 2 rooms. Evaporative air-conditioner to lower deck.
The vessel is grey water complaint. Plans approved for survey, survey not yet done. No GST payable.
