Magic features a fully equipped kitchen with quality crockery, cutlery, stainless steel cookware, microwave and dishwasher as well as a 310 litre electric fridge/freezer.

Three private bedrooms with doonas and fresh linen supplied. Spacious living area with TV, DVD, VCR and CD. Air-conditioning, gas heating, two toilets and washing machine.

A hooded BBQ, large Evercool esky and outdoor setting on large front deck. Child safety rails around lower deck. Shaded sundeck with lounges and chairs. Includes 8’dinghy with oars. Single 4 stroke motor uses approx. 7-8 litres p/hour of fuel.
